Shotty

With Shotty you can take a screenshot of the entire desktop, of a specific region, or of a certain window (in low quality and in high quality). After you take the screenshot, you can edit it: crop the screenshot, resize it, add a blur effect, add some text. After that you can save it, copy it, print it out, or upload it to the web. If your PC runs Windows properly and if it has .NET Framework, it won’t have any problems running Shotty. And you won’t have any problems getting Shotty up and running on your Windows-powered PC. The installation process is simple, effortless, it goes along smoothly and rapidly.

While Shotty is running, its icon will be shown in the system tray.
Right click the icon and you will be presented with a context menu that allows you to access the Extended Settings menu, change the language, open history, open an image for editing, and more.
Left click the icon and you will be presented with a prompt that features 4 options: take a screenshot of the entire screen, take a screenshot of a region, take a screenshot of a window (LQ), take a screenshot of a Windows (HQ).

After you take the screenshot, it will be loaded and presented to you so you can edit it. The following editing options are offered: crop, resize, text, rectangle, blur, highlighter, undo and redo.
When you’re done editing the screenshot, you can copy it to the clipboard and paste it into another application. You can also save it to the location you want, you can print it out, or you can upload it to the web.
